The Process

From Tannery to Your Doorstep

Our leather is sourced from select tanneries that share our commitment to quality and sustainability. We use only full-grain leather, the highest grade available, which develops a beautiful patina over time.

Each piece is cut by hand, stitched with precision, and finished with care. Our craftsmen take pride in their work, knowing that every item they create will be cherished for years to come.

From Kanpur to Toronto

Born in India's leather capital and now opening a new chapter in North America — one standard of craftsmanship, carried across continents.

2015

Rooted in Kanpur

Our story begins in Kanpur, India’s historic leather capital, where generations of master tanners and saddle-stitchers have perfected their craft. In a modest family workshop, we set out with one conviction: leather goods should be made to outlive trends — and their owners’ expectations.

2017

The First Collection

We introduced our first line of full-grain duffles, portfolios, and small leather goods — each piece hand-cut, hand-stitched, and finished with the patience the material deserves. Word travelled quickly, and with it our reputation for uncompromising quality.

2019

Craft Under One Roof

We opened our own manufacturing facility in Kanpur, bringing hide selection, cutting, stitching, and finishing together under one roof — giving us control over every step, from raw hide to final polish.

2022

Crossing Borders

Our pieces found their way into hands around the world through wholesale partners and loyal customers who demanded the best — proof that honest craftsmanship speaks every language.

2025

A New Home in Toronto

We launched Adam Toronto — our North American venture. A new start-up chapter headquartered in Toronto, opening the North American market and bringing Kanpur’s heritage craftsmanship to doorsteps across Canada and the United States.

2026

The Road Ahead

Two cities, one standard. We’re growing our North American presence while staying true to the roots that shaped us: honest materials, patient hands, and design that never goes out of style.
