- Wholesale pricing starts at 10 units. Bronze tier covers 10–24 units at 10% off, Silver covers 25–99 units at 20% off, and Gold covers orders of 100+ units at 30% off with a dedicated account manager and priority production scheduling.
- Do you offer private-label or custom-logo production?
- Yes. Every piece can be hot-stamped with your company logo or recipient initials, and we take on private-label and OEM production runs from our own workshop. Share your requirements in the inquiry form and we respond with options and pricing within one business day.
- Where do you ship wholesale orders?
- We ship wholesale orders across Canada and the United States, with other destinations available on request. Retail orders ship worldwide with a flat $15 USD rate, free over $150.
- How long does a wholesale order take?
- Lead times depend on volume and personalization, so we confirm a production timeline with every quote — you hear back within one business day of submitting an inquiry, and Gold-tier orders receive priority scheduling.
